On Thursday June 4, 2020 Roberta Ferretti from CNR-INM hold a presentation entitled “Marine robotics for unmanned safe observation of tidewater glacier fronts: the CNR experience” during the SIOS’s Online Conference on “Earth Observation (EO),Remote Sensing (RS) and Geoinformation (GI) applications in Svalbard”.
This was an occasion to show the CNR-INM experience in Svalbard and to discuss with the international scientific community the opportunities of exploitation of marine robotics technology for the study of air-sea-ice interface near tidewater glaciers fronts.
